Dancy is a very hardy and very sweet mandarin, originated from China. It was grown by Colonel G.L. Dancy at his grove in Orange Mills, FL in 1867. It has zipper skin that is very easy to peel. One of the most widely planted tangerines. Ripens early Dec-Mar. Zones 8-10.
